The Hauts-de-France Region is home to strong sectors such as distribution, railways, health, automotive and logistics. Plaine Images' mission is to help these sectors find the best know-how and expertise in the field of immersive technologies and to develop new applications for them.
Plaine Images' team also produces custom made events with international partners involved in XR. LAVAL VIRTUAL and VIRTUALITY are two strong partners with whom we build international conferences.

In 2020, ARTFX is ranked 1th best school in the world for Visual Effects and 4th best school in the world for 3D Animation and 7th Video Game by The Rookies. The students at ARTFX develop professional level skills in preparation for working within the following industries: Cinema, VFX Movies, 3D Animation for Film and TV, Virtual Reality...
LE FRESNOY as its full name - National Studio - indicates, is a place of production (studio) as well as study. Its role is to foster innovative work, especially productions involving digital and multimedia creative tools.
PÔLE 3D Digital & Creative School, founded in 2003 is one of the major schools in the teaching of image professions through advanced training in 2D Animation, 3D Animation, Video Games and preparatory classes in Art & Design and Manga. PÔLE 3D offers to its students a master's degree in UX Design which combines the 3 pillars of digital creation: design (Gamification and Game Design), visualization (UX Design) and technical (IoT).

Supported by the Universities of Lille 1 and Lille 3 and the CNRS, the Sciences and Cultures of Visual program consists of a research cluster iCAVS (Interdisciplinary Cluster for the Advancement of Visual Studies) grouping thirteen laboratories in the Region, and a technological platform IrDIVE (Innovation-research in Digital and Interactive Visual Environments), labeled Equipment of Excellence in 2011.
Plaine Images also provides you facilities that will allow you to go further in your project, as the TORE (The Open Reality Experience), a space dedicated to virtual reality.
